The upcoming installment of Guerilla Cuisine's underground dining events is tipping their hat to sous chefs on Sunday, August 30.
The sous chef is a hard knock job, but somebody has to do it, and do it well. All chefs features will be sous chefs, the menu and location are still a secret.
